 Low Season

7^th to 31 January

1^st February to 12^th February

1^st November to 18 December

$115 per night on 5 or 6 night vacations - $750 per week / plus tax

(Special Low Season rates for 3 weeks or more booking – please enquire about these)

Regular Season

12^th February to 5 April

 18 April, May, 1^st June to 17^th June

1 October to 1 November

$135 per night on 5 or 6 nights vacation

$850 per week / plus tax

Summer Season

17^th June to 30 September 

$150 per night on 5 or 6 nights vacation

$950 per week / plus tax

Easter, Christmas and New Year Weeks (Peak)

8 April to 22nd April

17^th December – 7 January 2010

 $1,000 per week / plus tax

(You may stay fewer nights but the rate stays the same) 

These prices are exclusive of 7% sales tax and 6% local county tax

 Pool Heating

$25 per Day or $150 a week

Maintains 82F water temperature

(Please note: Electric heaters will not work if the air temperature falls below 50°.  Happily, typically this may only happen in January)
