The main entrance of this home welcomes you to this special villa. The rear of the villa looks over the largest of two lakes in this private estate.  The villa has a double garage and driveway. We have white ceramic tiles in the bathrooms and corridors and carpets throughout the lounge and bedrooms, giving this home the feeling of elegance and distinction.

Our villa at Sunset Lakes enjoys a large, well positioned lot over looking the main lake. The beautiful private screened pool has a large deck area with sun loungers and shaded outdoor dining facilities.

An additional feature is the custom floor plan, built with families in mind. As you enter Sunset Lakes through the security gates, our villa is situated in Blue Horizon Court – about halfway along this very peaceful cul-de-sac. The only traffic you will encounter are Sunset Lakes residents.

Family Room with a View

Your family room and dining area have lovely views over the pool and lake and are the focal point of your life in the villa.  Large sliding doors across the width of the lounge open up so that this room will almost feel like you are living outside. In the sitting room we have 2 two-seater sofas and a three-seater sofa for your comfort.  You can relax either looking out over the lake from the sitting room or enjoy the benefits of full cable television, a DVD player and a CD/radio stereo system - so bring you music and DVDs and feel at home.  There is also a Play Station and a couple of games in one of the bedrooms - so bring your own favourite games if you wish to play on it.
 

Formal Dining Room

 A formal dining room area is located next to the living room and it’s white oak table set easily sits 6 adults.
 

Lanai – Outdoor Dining Area

There is easy access to the pool lanai and its own outdoor dining table, chairs, ceiling fan and light – so that you can spend evenings outside watching the sun go down – ready for the next beautiful day in Florida.

Gourmet Kitchen

Now here is a gourmet kitchen. Large counters, loads of cupboard space and a half wall of glass blocks make this kitchen a gourmet chef’s delight. However, you may not want to cook large meals while on vacation so just ring up and have one delivered by one of the many world class restaurants located along the Highway 192 corridor.

A full size refrigerator, cooking stove, microwave and a variety of small appliances make this a fully modern kitchen and ideal place to prepare a variety of meals.

As the kitchen is an integral part of the living area at Sunset Horizon, you will always feel a part of the family and will be able to see what the children are up to in the pool area.
 

Master Bedroom
(With direct sliding door access to the swimming pool)

The Master Bedroom Suite is delightful, with your own queen size bed, ample drawer space and a walk in closet.  It has large sliding glass doors that lead onto the pool deck.

Your private ensuite bathroom includes a whirlpool bath. There is also a very large walk in glass shower and double vanity unit and, once again, lots of marble and ceramic tiles. A television/VCR is included with this bedroom.

At night you can slide open the glass doors and retreat to the pool deck for an evening swim while the rest of the family sleeps in the other parts of the house. Particularly romantic for any couple just wanting some peace and privacy.

Bedrooms Two, Three and Four

Bedroom 2 - Double Bed A very comfortable room with matching bedspread and window valance, close to a bathroom with double vanity unit, bath, shower and toilet.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 – Twin Single Beds Bedrooms 3 & 4 are located down the hallway from the master bedroom. They include twin beds and have a neighbouring full bathroom.

Finally, there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer and a two car garage.
 

Lakefront Swimming Pool

Beautiful South facing pool for all day sunshine – large sundeck with sun loungers and outside dining in the Lanai

Sunset Horizon lives up to its name with its lovely waterfront pool. You can enjoy the endless south exposure across the lake while dining in your own private lanai (sheltered porch area complete with lighting and ceiling fan). The pool and deck area have privacy hedges at either side to given you a little more seclusion. The pool can be heated to 82F during those cooler Winter days at an optional extra price. Four full size lounge chairs and a table set for six complete your pool deck. At night the millions of stars in the sky reflect across the eastern sky on to the lake. If you are lucky enough to be here when the Space Shuttle is launched you can witness this right from your pool deck.

Sunset Lakes has its own private children's park!

Located near the entrance to Sunset Lakes (close enough for convenience – far enough away for peace and quiet) is a children’s play park and community pool that you are very welcome to use.

Golf and Fishing

Are you golfers? The Highlands Reserve Country Club is minutes away as is the Orange Lake Legends (with 3 golf courses – one floodlit) and the newly opened Mystic Dunes Golf and Country Club.

Within 30 minutes drive of Sunset Horizon are some of the finest golf courses in Florida.  Falcon’s Fire, Metro West, Championsgate, The Legends, Hawk’s Landing at the Marriott, Southern Dunes, Kissimmee Bay and many, many more.

The Disney Resort and Celebration are a mere 8 minutes away – with some of the finest golf courses in Florida.

You can spend your evening fishing in the lake and catch wide mouthed Bass or go on an organised fishing trip after an airboat ride close by.
